The staff was lovely and accommodating! I asked for an extra lamp, and they installed a new light.

The bathroom ceiling was open. I could hear neighbors talking and using their bathrooms from my room. It was like there were plenty of mosquitos. Rain came in, and the surrounding bathroom floor had stones. When adding warm water, worms started coming up. Creepy!

The free chauffeur service was a true lifesaver. it made getting around town simple, without scooter rentals. the food was delicious. Poolside orders were ALWAYS spot on. the hotel staff handled EVERYTHING. the staff booked us a dinner at a fantastic restaurant.

the air con really was not cold ENOUGH. it made sleep difficult.

The food was very good and the chauffeur service was helpful. the hotel was quiet. I could hear birds and geckos, so it was very relaxing. the staff was friendly and remembered my name!). the free shuttle helped me explore nearby areas.

the bathroom ceiling's open design meant i occasionally heard neighbors.

the hotel is located a short distance from the town center, so it's easy to escape the hustle and bustle. it's very close to all the main attractions, including the beaches on the west coast.

The breakfast was really nice with many wonderful choices (especially the pancakes!). the restaurant is open for dinner now. I saw others had written it wasn't. the food is good and there is nice music playing.

the rooms are designed with traditional balinese aesthetics and are very clean and fragrant. the outdoor bathroom is spacious and unique, but it has an open roof design. the rooms are well air conditioned with all the needed facilities.

the staff provided punctual transfer services. the breakfast was AMAZING and well prepared. I appreciate each room of my accommodation, a very unique and BEAUTIFUL place.

The restaurant is above the car park. It has zero vibe.

I found the staff to be very courteous. They were available via whatsapp and very responsive to my requests. i needed laundry taken care of and the team sorted everything (it was very convenient). the pool area was quite inviting.

the bathroom had an open roof concept, and while it seemed cool at first, i could hear neighbors. i also noticed plenty of mosquitoes coming in due to the open roof. i ended up using the mosquito net at night, but the air con wasn't cold enough.

i found the staff friendly and helpful , going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. they offered a free shuttle service within a 5km radius , which was very convenient. the hotel also prepared a takeaway breakfast box for my early flight , i found this gesture very thoughtful.
